How can I return my goods?
Returns – sometimes unavoidable.
Of course, no returns are best for the environment. But sometimes there's just no other way. In this case, we offer you a service with which you can easily send your goods back to us - and still protect the environment.
Use DHL Returns Online!
We have integrated the DHL returns form into our website for you. This means you can fill out a returns label online around the clock and either print it out yourself or have it printed out using a QR code at one of the 32,000 DHL parcel drop-off points and put in the package.
A big advantage for you and the environment.
This service makes it unnecessary to include a returns label with every package. This allows us to save paper and avoid waste.
Please note that feed and nutritional supplements cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons!
An exchange is possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods!!!
